WHY AI SPEND STALLS

AI spend stalls where judgment runs out.

In the boardroom

Directors approve AI budgets and carry the accountability, often without a way to test what they are told.

In the middle

Managers and functional heads are asked to lead AI with no preparation, so pilots rarely become everyday practice.

On the front line

Teams have the licences but not the habits. Usage often fades a few weeks after launch.

Each gap has the same fix: people who can judge AI for themselves.

WHAT WE TEACH

AI judgment is three things people can do.

  1. 01

    Decide

Where AI fits in your work, and where it never should.

  2. 02

    Check

What AI produces, before anyone relies on it.

  3. 03

    Own

The decision, with a clear line of accountability.

AI judgment is the ability to decide where AI fits and where it never should, check what it produces, and stay accountable for the decision.

Built by practitioners. Learned by building.

Taught by practitioners.

Our faculty have built and scaled AI in production in previous roles at Amazon, Cisco, Microsoft, Flipkart and PVR INOX. They teach what they have done.

Learn by building.

About 70% of every workshop is hands-on. Teams, technical or not, build working AI on our platform, using their own work. About 30% is theory.

Measured before and after.

The same assessment before and after, across 8–9 AI knowledge areas. We report knowledge lift, not satisfaction scores.

Questions we hear

What is AI fluency?+

The working knowledge to use AI tools well in your own job: what they can and can't do, how to get reliable output, and what data can go where. It is the baseline that AI judgment builds on.

What is AI judgment?+

The ability to decide where AI fits and where it never should, check what it produces, and stay accountable for the decision. Boards, leaders and teams need it to turn AI spend into results.

What programmes do you run?+

Three. Leadership AI Fluency for boards, directors and senior leaders. Working AI Fluency for managers and their teams, through to the front line. AI Fluency Cohorts for individuals. Private equity firms can run both company programmes across their portfolios.

How hands-on is it?+

About 70% of every workshop is hands-on; board briefings are discussion-led, with a live demonstration. Participants, including non-technical teams, build working AI on our platform using their own work. About 30% is theory.

Are programmes in person or online?+

Both. In person across India, live online worldwide, and a self-paced programme for larger teams.

How do you measure results?+

Every cohort takes the same assessment before and after, across 8–9 AI knowledge areas. We report the knowledge lift, the share of participants who improved, and the use cases they qualified. At HDFC Bank, knowledge in the top area rose by 102%.

How is this different from online courses or consulting firms?+

Online courses teach tools in general, and consultants advise on what to do. We teach your people to judge AI themselves by building on their own work, with practitioners who have built AI. Then we measure the change.

Start with one conversation.

Thirty minutes with a practitioner. We'll show you the method and the assessment, and ask where your teams are with AI. No deck, no pitch.
